Whenever people write in all capital letters, I feel like they're yelling at me or being very aggressive. I don't think it gets an important point across effectively. Personally, I feel that stating something is important and urgent will get the point across better than all capital letters.  
When I was younger, I used to name all my files with random things. When I eventually realized I might want to go back and look at these files I had to open up hundreds of files to find what I was looking for. None of the file names had anything to do with what the file actually contained. Now I name all my files with what they are and the overarching topic that they relate to and then I put them in a folder with files related to it. This helps me locate files quickly and easily. 

Going through someone's phone or computer is worse than going through their closet. E-mails, texts and pictures are private. People have personal conversations through these platforms that they don't intend for other people to see. A lot of these can contain very personal information. It is like reading someone's diary without asking.
